65 year male patient with severe varus and flexion deformity in both knee,Knee society score -0 was severely disabled. Underwent a bilateral knee replacement surgery. Post operative outcome was outstanding in terms Correction of deformity. Patient was able to walk from next day of surgery . This also increase height due to straightening of legs and correction of deformity. He is walking comfortably with drastically reduced pain just in 15 days with walker.
